Crown Place, Birmingham

This 33-storey tower in Birmingham City Centre consists of a mixture of Studios, Cluster and Duplex Apartments. With 814 student beds, the building also comprises over 900 sq meters of Social Space spread across Ground Floor, Level 1 and Level 32.

This includes a Cinema, Karaoke Room, Retro Gaming Arcade, Games Table Lounge, Social Lounge, Large Study Room, 2 Private Dining Suites, First Floor Lounge with access to an external Terrace and a Sky Lounge with views of the City on Level 32.

The design scheme takes influence from the Green spaces dotted through the City and emphasizes well-being by using biophilia, calming neutral tones and textures, and aims to provide the students with an escape from the busy city.
