This 7-storey provides a mixture of Studios, Cluster and Duplex Apartments, along with a series of communal spaces throughout the building. The communal spaces comprises a Private Dining Room, Cinema, Karaoke Room, Ping Pong Room, Study Rooms and a large social study lounge. Â
 The design scheme takes influence from the history of the site and surrounding areas, focusing on industries, family and the growth of the city. The building provides students with a sophisticated and mature place to live. Â
Throughout the lifespan of the project, we have worked alongside architects ECE Westworks,amongst other great companies and consultants such as Highadmit Projects Ltd.
